Ok, so I got tired of not being able to find a running meetup in my own hometown! I know there are plenty more Baton Rouge area folks who like to get off the couch and run, walk, jog, dogtrot, or otherwise work out ... so c'mon and say hello! I hope this can become a way for myself and others to find run partners, more folks to chat with at the starting line, suggestions, ideas, and encouragement.

We started this group because we believe in promoting one's overall wellness. It's important to take time and remember to pamper one's self and to incorporate nutrition into our wellness regime. Our meet-ups will definitely be informative and fun.
